To calculate the residual life of a power source from the outside.SOLUTION: A monitoring module includes a relay terminal that is connected between a power source device and a load device, an AC ripple detection unit that generates an AC ripple voltage detection result on the basis of the frequency characteristics of the waveform of an output current, a switching ripple detection unit that generates a switching ripple voltage detection result on the basis of the frequency characteristics of the waveform of an output current, an input-side residual life calculation unit that calculates the residual life of an input-side capacitive element on the basis of the AC ripple voltage detection result and input-side characteristic information indicating an input-side reference value, an output-side residual life calculation unit that calculates the residual life of an output-side capacitive element on the basis of the switching ripple voltage detection result and output-side characteristic information indicating an output-side reference value, and a power source device residual life calculation unit that calculates the residual life of the power source device on the basis of the residual life of the input-side capacitive element and the residual life of the output-side capacitive element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
