PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a rotary transformer capable of improving working efficiency of assembly of the motor with the rotary transformer, and to provide a manufacturing method of the motor with the rotary transformer.SOLUTION: A motor 10 with a rotary transformer includes: a stationary member SM; a rotary member RM allowed to rotate around a rotation axis AX relatively to the stationary member SM; a rotary transformer 50 for transmitting a signal between the stationary member SM and the rotary member RM on one side of a rotation axis AX direction; a rotary transformer 60 for transmitting a signal between the stationary member SM and the rotary member RM on the other side of the rotation axis AX direction; ring members 70, 100 arranged on the outer diameter sides of respective rotary transformers 50, 60; bearings 81, 91 rotatably supporting the rotary member RM around the still member SM; and a spring 130 for respectively applying preload to the bearings 81, 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
