Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving mechanism of a holder which, while holding a rod-like instrument comprising a head and a body, can arbitrarily change the inclination of the head while keeping the head at one point.SOLUTION: A dental table 1 comprises: a holder 3 having a sleeve 31 for holding a hand piece 2 having a head 21; an arm 11 connected to the holder 3 and having an arcuate part A that extends and contracts in an arch shape; and a table body 10 in which the arm 11 is fitted to an undersurface. The arm 11 comprises a fitting arm part 111 fitted to the table body 10, and a slide arm part 112 which is provided to be slidable in the arc shape with respect to the fitting arm part 111 and forms the arcuate part A with a part of the fitting arm part 111. The holder 3 is moved in the arch shape by the extension and contraction of the arcuate part A to change its angle, but the center of a virtual circle formed by an arcuate locus of the movement of the holder 3 is positioned at a head 21 of the hand piece 2 and made immobile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
