Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile device for a wall surface and the like, capable of getting over obstacles such as large salient and recess parts, on the wall surface, by deforming flexibly a vehicle body in multi-directions, and preventing fall of the device from the wall surface during getting over obstacles or turning.SOLUTION: A mobile device for a wall surface comprises: two main frames 10; suspension members 50 which are rotatably and pivotally supported by the respective main frames; planetary gear mechanisms 60 respectively supported by the respective suspension members; wheels 80 which rotate with three planetary gears in an integrated manner, and have a permanent magnet absorbed to a travel surface and formed of a magnetic substance; a steering mechanism 100; a wheel drive mechanism 110; and a wheel selection mechanism 120.
