PURPOSE: To provide new laminated film, which has high water content barrier properties and oxygen barrier properties, which are suitable for the covering material of gas packed packaging, pinhole resistance and anti-fogging properties on the inner surface of packaging.

CONSTITUTION: The anti-fogging laminated film is produced by laminating ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer A as gas barrier layer, ionomer resin B as pinhole resistance imparting layer, acid modified ethylene-based resin C as adherent resin layer, ethylene-based resin D containing 0.3-1.5 pts.wt. of anti- fogging agent as sealing layer and crosslinked polyethylene E as outer layer resin layer in the order of D-B-C-A-C-E or D-C-B-C-A-C-E starting from the inner layer side.
