PURPOSE: To decrease an operation time of a pulsator and to reduce a twist of the washing and tanglement of cloth by generating a detergent liquid by using water of a comparatively small quantity by a detergent liquid generating means, allowing its detergent liquid to circulate by a detergent liquid circulating means and wetting clothes therewith, and executing pre-moistening.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of washing, first of all, an object to be washed is put into a washing and dehydrating machine 3, and thereafter, the quantity of cloth is detected, and by setting a water level at the time of washing, determined thereby as a standard, water of a smaller quantity than its water level is poured from a throw-in port 11, and simultaneously, a detergent is thrown in. This detergent and water are stirred by an auxiliary stirring blade 15 in a tank 16 for constituting a detergent liquid generating means 12, and a detergent liquid is formed. By pouring this detergent liquid of high concentration to the object to be washed, through a water discharge port 14 by a pump 17, pre-moistening for dipping the object to be washed, into the detergent liquid is executed. Subsequently, after pre-moistening, water is poured again from the throw-in port 11, water is supplied to the washing and dehydrating tank 3 and a washing receiving tank 4 through the tank 16 and the water discharge port 14, and after a washing liquid of ordinary concentration is obtained, washing is executed.
