Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery machine that can recover gas such as high-vapor-pressure refrigerant efficiently in a shorter time than existing counterparts, and secondarily has a superior rate of refrigerant recovery from a freezing machine.SOLUTION: A multistage variable-type gas recovery machine comprises: a plurality of stages of compressors 131 and 132 such that a plurality of compressors capable of changing rotating speed respectively are arranged in series and compress recovered gas in order; an intermediate cooler 111 which cools gas compressed by a compressor of a first stage or an intermediate stage; a rear cooler 121 which cools gas compressed by a compressor of a last stage; pressure sensors P1 and P4 which detect a suction-side pressure of the compressor of the first stage and a discharge-side pressure of the compressor of the last stage; and a control unit 145 which controls the rotating speeds of the plurality of stages of the compressors according to the pressure detected by the pressure sensors. The control unit 145 varies the rotating speeds of all the compressors or other compressors except one compressor continuously or stepwise following variation in pressure of the system detected by the pressure sensors P1 and P4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
