PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management device which manages a plurality of access points (AP), and a method of the same.SOLUTION: The network management device dynamically allocates an SSID to a plurality of access points respectively, and adjusts the amount of advertising exposure and data traffic among respective access points. The network management device dynamically allocates the SSID including connection priority level information with which a user terminal is identified to the plurality of access points respectively.
