Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel fluorocarbon chain-containing compound having safety for living bodies, high solubility to water and not causing white turbidness or viscosity when used in a high concentration, and to provide a production method and use of the same.SOLUTION: A fluorocarbon chain-containing compound is represented by formula (I), where -CFrepresents a perfluoroalkyl group, n is an integer of 1 to 8, Ris an alkylene group having 0 to 3 carbon atoms, Ris an alkylene group having 1 to 22 carbon atoms, Ris an alkyl group having 1 to 22 carbon atoms, and Xand Xare each a succinic acid group, a sulphuric ester residue, an oxyalkylene residue, an amino acid ester residue, or a phosphoric acid ester residue. A production method of the fluorocarbon chain-containing compound and a surfactant containing the fluorocarbon chain-containing compound are also provided.
