Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control grinding device which detects a torque of a motor for rotationally driving a grindstone by a torque sensor, and can optimally correct a relative travel speed between the grindstone and a processed object, and provide a control device, a control method, and a control program respectively therefor.SOLUTION: A numerical control grinding device 10 which controls a relative travel speed between a grindstone 20 and a processed object 40 by numerical control, and grinds the processed project. The numerical control grinding device detects a torque of a motor M4 for rotationally driving the grindstone by a torque sensor TS4. The numerical control grinding device has control means which corrects a speed value, which designates a relative travel speed between the grindstone and the processed object, by execution of a prescribed process based on an output value from the torque sensor, and so controls that the grindstone grinds the processed object with an obtained corrected speed value. The numerical control grinding device has execution mode changing means which changes an execution mode of the prescribed process for the control means based on change information given by an operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
