Abstract:
To enable acquisition of information being useful as an index in evaluating nursing quality for each nurse concerning a nurse call system for performing slide calling.SOLUTION: A nurse call system has a slide calling function for successively performing notification with respect to multiple portable terminals in accordance with one-time calling from a patient. The system includes a history recording section 24 for allowing a calling history storage section 12 to record, as calling history information, a notification time being the time when a notification processing section 22 has performed notification with respect to a portable terminal and a response time being the time when a response reception section 23 has received a response from the portable terminal to which notification has been performed. A time from a notification time to a response time that have been recorded as calling history information is enabled to be recognized as a reaction time until a nurse responds to calling from a patient after recognizing the calling by notification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
