PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a nut fitted installing part 6a to be fitted and inserted and set in which an oscillating operation can be carried out from starting of insertion position to its finishing position in regard to a hanging bolt 2 under a state in which it is non-contacted with outer peripheral surfaces of an upper surface fixing piece 511 and upper or lower nuts 21, 22, a lower surface side fitting or inserting groove 631 can be engaged with or inserted into a suitable thread groove 2a exposed from the lower surface of the lower nut 22, its engaged state is strongly fixed against pulling-out so as to restrict loosening of the nut.SOLUTION: A nut fitted and installed part 6a is formed to be bent into U-shape as seen from a side view by an upper surface piece 62 oppositely arranged at an extremity end of an upper surface fixing piece 511 under a non-contacted state, the upper surface piece 62 having an upper surface side fitting and inserting groove 621 outwardly fitted to a hanger bolt 2 that can be surface contacted with the surface of an upper nut 21 and a lower surface piece 63 having a lower surface side fitting and inserting groove 631 and surface contacted with a surface of a lower nut 22 and this is provided with band-like fixing pieces 65, 65 that can be bent and fixed with a finger pressure against a rear surface side of a hanging-down piece 512.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
