Abstract:
To provide an oil supply device for a vehicle, which can inhibit a pump body from rotating at a speed equal to or greater than a necessary speed and thereby can effectively prevent occurrence of cavitation.SOLUTION: An oil supply device for a vehicle includes: a motor shaft 2c integrally rotatable with a rotor 2a of a motor 2; a drive shaft 5 rotatable via a speed reducer 4 connected to the motor 2; a pump body 30 configured to suction oil through an oil inlet 31b and discharge the oil through an oil outlet 31c when an inner rotor 35 is rotatably driven; a first clutch 41 configured to connect the motor shaft 2c to the inner rotor 35 and to cancel the connection when the motor shaft 2c rotates at a speed equal to or greater than a first rotation speed Q; and a second clutch 42 configured to connect the drive shaft 5 to the inner rotor 35 when the drive shaft 5 rotates at a second rotation speed P or higher which is equal to or lower than the first rotation speed Q.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
