Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method with which it is possible to sufficiently inject oil into a member to which oil is to be injected by a simple method.SOLUTION: The present invention pertains to an oil injection device 100 and an oil injection method characterized by being configured by a work chamber 101 equipped with a member 10 to which oil is to be injected and an oil tank 120 inside thereof, a vacuum pump 104 for evacuating the inside of the work chamber 101, an air cylinder 111 for moving the oil tank 120 inside the work chamber 101, a compressor 110 that is the drive air source for the air cylinder, etc, with the member 10 to which oil is to be injected being immersed into an oil 121 stored in the oil tank 120 in a vacuum state and the inside of the member 10 to which oil is to be injected being filled with the oil 121 in a vacuum broken state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
