Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control valve and an internal combustion engine valve timing control device of which number of man-hour can be reduced.SOLUTION: A holder member 51 and a valve seat 52 are made separate from a valve body 41 and a part of a peripheral wall of a cylindrical part 56 of the holder member 51 is cut and bent inside in a radial direction as port holes 56a of the holder member 51 are formed to form holding parts 59. In this way, since each of the port holes 56a can be formed by bending and folding a part of the cylindrical part 56 of the holder member 51 to enable each of the port holes 56a to be formed, it does not become necessary to perform punching of several holes when each of the port holes 56a is formed and it is possible to reduce the number of processing steps related to the formation of each of the port holes 56a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
