Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to alleviate the shock during revolution acceleration and/or swirl deceleration without using a relief valve having a pressure rise buffer function.SOLUTION: A hydraulic drive system 1A of a construction machine comprises: a revolution motor 4; a revolution handling device 5 that outputs the revolution operation signal corresponding to the inclined angle of a control lever 51; a revolution direction changeover valve 3 that increases the supply amount of the hydraulic fluid to the revolution motor and the amount of emission of the hydraulic fluid from the revolution motor with increasing command current and that includes a drive part for driving a spool by receiving the spool and the command current; a control device 6 that supplies the larger command current to the revolution direction changeover valve with increasing revolution operation signal; and pressure sensors 61 and 62 for detecting the outflow pressure of the revolution motor. For the case of decreased revolution operation signal, when increasing the outflow pressure of the revolution motor, which is detected by the pressure sensor, over the threshold, the control device supplies the command current to the revolution direction changeover valve so as to maintain the travel speed of the spool below the limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
