PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil purifying apparatus for purifying oil containing impurity, applied to de-toxifying processing for PCB mixed-in insulating oil containing impurity to stably perform de-toxifying processing and further reducing the consumption of metallic sodium.SOLUTION: A recovered oil storage tank 17 of de-toxifying equipment 1 for the PCB mixed-in insulating oil includes: an external water circulation line 60 connecting the bottom and the top to each other, wherein water containing an electrolyte held in the recovered oil storage tank 17 to extract water-soluble oxidized altered oil is extracted from the bottom of the recovered oil storage tank 17 and returned to the top of the recovered oil storage tank 17 through the water circulation line 60, the water and the stored oil are brought into contact with each other in the recovered oil storage tank 17, water-soluble oxidized alteration oil is extracted to the water side, and the water soluble oxidized alteration oil extracted to the water side is oxidized and decomposed by an electrolytic device 62 disposed in the bottom water phase 64 of the recovered oil storage tank 17.
