Title:
OIL SEPARATION UNIT OF FREEZER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016095040
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable ice machine oil collected in an evaporator to be recovered by simple and low cost means.SOLUTION: An oil separation unit of a freezer comprises: an oil reservoir part provided below the evaporator; an oil return path connected to the oil reservoir part and a refrigerant intake path of a compressor; a float sensor provided along the oil return path capable of reserving insoluble ice machine oil inside and sensing a residence amount of the ice machine oil; a high pressure refrigerant introduction passage connected to the oil return path on the upstream side of the float sensor and a refrigerant discharge passage of the compressor; and a control device for returning the ice machine oil reserved in the float sensor to the refrigerant intake path by opening/closing the oil return path in accordance with the residence amount of the ice machine oil detected by the float sensor, in which the float sensor includes: a float with a specific gravity smaller than that of the ice machine oil; a casing for accommodating the float movably in a vertical direction in a reservoir space which forms the reservoir space for the ice machine oil; and a position sensor for detecting a position in a vertical direction of the float which floats by the ice machine oil inflowing the reservoir space so as to send the detection value to the control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
