Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening/closing mechanism in a rotary heat treatment furnace in which a motion interference region between a robot arm for charging and taking-out a workpiece and a door is narrowed so that a time necessary for charging and taking out the workpiece is shortened by that amount, and loss of heat energy released from a heat treatment furnace from an opening can be reduced.SOLUTION: A door opening/closing mechanism includes a cylinder mechanism, a four-link mechanism and a supporting arm, a tip portion of a cylinder rod of the cylinder mechanism is connected to a driving link of the four-link mechanism, a basic end portion of the supporting arm is connected to an intermediate link of the four-link mechanism, a tip portion of the supporting arm is connected to a door, and the intermediate link of the four-link mechanism is formed to be longer than a stationary link.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
