Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-off valve of a motor drive capable of surely preventing fluid backflowing from a discharge port in closing an inflow port from adversely affecting a surface of an output shaft or the like with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An on-off valve of a motor drive is configured such that an inflow port 2 for fluid is formed on a bottom surface 1a of a bottomed valve body 1, a discharge port 3 for fluid is formed on an outer periphery 1b of the valve body 1, a motor 5 is disposed at an opening part of the valve body 1, and at an output shaft 6 of the motor 5, provided is a valve body 7 configured to linearly move with rotation to open/close the inflow port 2, wherein at a base end part of the valve body 7, integrally formed is a second valve body 10 configured to close the discharge port 3 at a position where the valve body 7 closes the inflow port 2 and open the discharge port 3 at the position where the valve body 7 retreats from the inflow port 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
