Abstract:
To provide a fluidized roasting furnace 10 provided with a speed reduction part 16 capable of maintaining high productivity by successively removing deposits produced at an expansion part 17 till the speed reduction part 16.SOLUTION: There is provided a fluidized roasting furnace 10 comprising: a furnace core body 11 of producing a fluid bed; a speed reduction part 16 located in the upper part of the furnace core body 11 and whose inner area is larger than the inner area in the horizontal cross section of the furnace core body 11; and an expansion part 17 located between the furnace core body 11 and the speed reduction part 16.The fluidization roasting furnace 10 includes a peeling mechanism of peeling the object to be roasted stuck to the inner face of the expansion part 17 from the expansion part 17. By this constitution, matters having a risk to be the failure of the fluidization in the furnace are beforehand removed, and the continuous productivity of the fluidization roasting furnace 10 can be maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
