Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method capable of stably keeping a water seal state of a pressure keeping chamber 6 in a method of operating a waste gasification melting furnace 10 with sufficiently high heat efficiency in a state of constantly opening a through hole 4a.SOLUTION: An operation method of a waste gasification melting furnace 10 includes; allowing a gas in a pressure keeping chamber 6 to flow into a melting furnace portion 4 through a through hole 4a by keeping a pressure pin the pressure keeping chamber 6 higher than a pressure pin the melting furnace portion 4, discharging a molten material M in the melting furnace portion 4 to a pressure keeping chamber 6 side from the through hole 4a, applying heat to the molten material M discharged from the through hole 4a by a burner 7, monitoring the pressure pin the melting furnace portion 4, and temporarily reducing or stopping supply of thermal decomposition residue of the waste to the melting furnace portion 4 by a movable carbonization fire grade when a value of the pressure pin the melting furnace portion 4 has rising tendency or reaches a threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
