PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect benefit of an orderer and an order receiver, and reduce burdens of both parties in a crowdsourcing service.SOLUTION: A server 4 which is a task order reception/placement mediation device comprises: task management means 44 which acquires and manages a task transmitted from an orderer terminal 2; deliverable check means 48 which checks whether or not a deliverable to the task transmitted from an order receiver terminal 3 satisfies prescribed criteria; and deliverable transmission means 49 which transmits the deliverable to the orderer terminal 2 when it is determined that the prescribed criteria are satisfied by the deliverable check means 48.
