Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out unmanned operation of satellite facilities even in grain treatment facilities (for example, grain collaborative dry preparation facilities, rice milling plants, and food factories) where characteristics of starting materials vary by the minute day by day.SOLUTION: An operation auxiliary system of grain processing facilities includes: a database for associating and storing a first characteristic of a first grain brought into model facilities, a first operation parameter of the model facilities used when the first grain is processed in the model facilities, and an index value obtained by actually measuring the taste of the first grain after processing at the model facilities; a reception unit for receiving a second characteristic of a second grain brought into satellite facilities; a calculation unit for calculating a second operation parameter used when the second grain is processed in the satellite facilities on the basis of the received second characteristic and the information stored in the database; and a providing unit providing the satellite facilities with the calculated second operation parameter via a network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
