Abstract:
An operation control system for a cold source device is provided with: an acquisition means (23) for acquiring the wet-bulb temperature of outside air, refrigeration load ratio, and cold water flow rate ratio; a simulator (24) for simulating the optimum flow rate ratio, optimum air volume ratio, and optimum load distribution ratio for maximizing the COP of the entire cold source device (A) using the flow rate ratio between cooling water pumps (3, 4) for respective refrigerators (1, 2), the air volume ratio between cooling tower fans (6, 7), and the load distribution ratio at which the refrigeration load ratio is distributed between the refrigerators (1, 2) as variables under the conditions of the acquired outside air wet-bulb temperature, refrigeration load ratio, and cold water flow rate ratio; and a control means (25) for controlling cold water pumps (4, 5) for the refrigerators (1, 2) on the basis of the cold water flow rate ratio, controlling the exit cold water temperatures of the refrigerators (1, 2) on the basis of the optimum load distribution ratio obtained by the simulator (24), and controlling the cooling water pumps (3, 4) and the cooling tower fans (21a, 21b) for respective cooling towers (6, 7) on the basis of the optimum flow rate ratio, and the optimum air volume ratio.
