Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component that is excellent in optical performance and suppresses the occurrence of weld lines.SOLUTION: An optical component is composed of a resin composition including an annular olefin polymer (A), its thickness deviation ratio indicated by T/Tis 2.0 or more, where Tdenotes the maximum thickness of the optical component and Tthe minimum thickness of the optical component. Fusion tension of the resin composition including the annular olefin polymer (A) is 4.5 mN or more and 15.0 mN or less measured at 260°C, extrusion speed 15 mm/min, and take-up speed 15 m/min using a capillary die that complies with ASTM D3835 and has its length L=8.00 mm, inner diameter D=2.095, and L/D=3.82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
