Abstract:
To solve the problem in which: in transmitting light at a target wavelength from an optical device, the transmittance is reduced, and the quantity of transmitted light is reduced.SOLUTION: An optical device comprises: a first wavelength variable interference filter in which a first reflection coating and a second reflection coating are opposite to each other with a first gap therebetween; a second wavelength variable interference filter in which a third reflection coating and a fourth reflection coating are opposite to each other with a second gap therebetween; and a light-transmissive first substrate that has a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface. The second reflection coating is provided on the first surface of the first substrate, and the third reflection coating is provided on the second surface of the first substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
