PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a measuring time, reduce the size of the device, and improve spatial resolution in a z-axis direction (optical axis direction).SOLUTION: An optical coherence tomography device comprises: an optical complex amplitude measuring instrument (17) that acquires optical complex amplitude information that is a result of measurement of the optical complex amplitude of a reflection signal light that is formed of multiple scattered light generated through irradiation of a measurement sample (OB) with a laser beam; and a computer (21) that calculates a result of output from a virtual 4f optical system formed by multiplying the acquired optical complex amplitude information by a transfer function of a 4f imaging optical system and performing the Fourier conversion on a result of the multiplication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
