PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a tissue in a subject more easily.SOLUTION: An optical measuring device 1 includes: a light source 10 for emitting a near infrared ray; a camera part 30 for acquiring image data by acquiring an image indicating an intensity distribution of transmission light or reflection light from a subject 5 emitted from the subject 5 by the irradiation of the near infrared ray from the light source 10 onto the subject 5, by a two-dimensionally arranged pixel; an analysis part 40 for discriminating a tissue at each position of the subject 5 based on the image data; and an output part 50 for outputting the information indicating the position of the tissue discriminated by the analysis part 40 as an analysis result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
