PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet that prevents the generation of wrinkles while being taken up.SOLUTION: An optical sheet comprises: a base material layer 25; an optical function layer 21; and a primer layer 26 that is laminated between the base material layer 25 and optical function layer 21. The optical function layer 21 includes: light transmission parts 22 that respectively have a predetermined cross section, extend in one direction along a surface of the base material layer 25, and are arranged in plurality at a predetermined interval in a direction different from the extending direction; and light absorption parts 23 that are respectively formed in the interval between the adjacent light transmission parts. A surface of the base material layer 25 on the opposite side of a surface on which the primer layer 26 is arranged has a rough surface 25a formed thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
