PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively easily provide a high-resolution image.SOLUTION: An optical transmission unit comprises: a plurality of optical transmission paths 10A; first aperture limiting means 20A for limiting an aperture on an incident end of each of a plurality of optical transmission paths; second aperture limiting means 20B for limiting an aperture on an exit end of each of the plurality of optical transmission paths; and displacement means (30A, 30B, 40A) for rotationally displacing, around an optical axis direction of the optical transmission path, at least one of the plurality of optical transmission paths and the first and second aperture limiting means so that a displacement direction and displacement amount of the aperture limited by the first aperture limiting means are equal to a displacement direction and displacement amount of the aperture limited by the second aperture limiting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
