PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electronic device having reduced operating voltage and longer life time reflecting into higher power efficiency.SOLUTION: An organic electronic device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and a substantially organic layer comprising a compound represented in a chemical formula (I) between the first electrode and the second electrode, where in the formula, M is a metal ion, each of Ato Ais independently selected from H, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C2-C20 heteroaryl, and n is valency of the metal ion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
