Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit imaging means from being viewed from the surface side of a decorative body.SOLUTION: In an ornament 10 for a vehicle, a camera 22 can image a vehicle rear side of a decorative body 12 via a transparent material 14 of the decorative body 12, a transmission part 16C, an opening 20 of a housing 18, and a variable panel 28. By decreasing the light transmissivity of the variable panel 28 to a low level when the camera 22 is not actuated, the camera 22 is inhibited from being viewed from the vehicle rear side of the decorative body 12 via the transparent material 14, transmission part 16C, opening 20 and variable panel 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
