PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total evaluation support device and the like, capable of supporting total evaluation of a sales promotion tool installed in a shop.SOLUTION: A total evaluation support method includes: extracting a shop S satisfying predetermined display conditions from storage means which stores sales promotion tool effect measurement information including at least an evaluation result of each evaluation item being a plurality of evaluation items with respect to a sales promotion tool of commodities installed in a plurality of shops S and images obtained by photographing the sales promotion tool installed in each of the shops S in association with each shop (S10); and generating screen data displaying at least one of the images obtained by photographing the sales promotion tool in the extracted shop S and the evaluation result of each of the evaluation items on display means so as to perform total evaluation for the sales promotion tool (S11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
