Abstract:
A pattern matching analysis section (15D) performs pattern matching analysis, for a unit section, on rainfall data (14A) indicative of time series variation of rainfall in an objective district and sewage flow rate data (14B) indicative of time series variation of sewage flow rate at a sewage flow rate measuring point (7) provided downstream a conduit (6) to calculate the degree of influence (14E) of rainfall on the sewage flow rate based on the degrees of pattern matching of them. A means (15E) for estimating occurrence of overflow creates overflow occurrence estimation data (3) indicative of the degree of occurrence of overflow in the objective district based on the degree of influence (14E). Consequently, an overflow region can be estimated easily based on data which is relatively easy to obtain.
