Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overvoltage protection circuit capable of preventing the generated electric power from being used uselessly.SOLUTION: The overvoltage protection circuit includes a comparison circuit 10 that compares a DC current voltage Vin which is supplied to a load 4 from a power generation part 2 which performs circumstance power generation and a reference voltage Vref which is set based on an upper limit value of a working voltage on the load 4 and outputs the comparison result. When receiving the comparison result which represents that the DC current voltage Vin exceeds the reference voltage Vref as the comparison result, a switch 13 changes the flow of the current so that a part of the current generated by the power generation part 2 is supplied to the power storage element 11 and the load 12 to which the power storage element 11 is connected in parallel to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
