Title:
An oxide superconductivity thin film, its manufacturing method, and an oxide superconductivity thin film wire rod
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6136073
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide superconduction technique capable of realizing at the same time both increased thickness of an oxide superconducting thin film while favorably maintaining the biaxial orientation of oxide superconductor crystals, and improved Jc in magnetic fields by introduction of an effective pinning center.SOLUTION: An oxide superconducting thin film is formed by a coating thermal decomposition method. The oxide superconducting thin film is formed on a substrate for the oxide superconducting thin film, the substrate comprising: a metal substrate having a biaxially oriented crystal orientation structure on a surface thereof; a biaxially oriented intermediate layer formed on a surface of the metal substrate; a three-dimensional template formed in a prismatic shape on a surface of the intermediate layer and having a plurality of depositions for assisting in biaxial orientation growth with a top face and side faces being an oxide superconducting thin film.
