Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone treatment apparatus capable of increasing the reaction efficiency between a sludge and ozone gas, reducing the ozone consumption, and separating a modified sludge from water so as to be collected.SOLUTION: An ozone treatment apparatus 1 includes a reaction tank 2, means 3 for supplying a sludge-containing liquid, and means 4 for discharging a modified sludge. In the ozone reaction tank 2, ozone gas 8 is blown into a sludge-containing liquid 7 to cause foaming, so that a foamed sludge 5 is formed on the liquid level of the sludge-containing liquid 7. The means 3 for supplying a sludge-containing liquid disposed in a region with the foamed sludge 5 in the ozone reaction tank 2 sprays the sludge-containing liquid 7 while preventing the foam breaking of the foamed sludge 5. The means 4 for discharging a modified sludge disposed at the top of the ozone reaction tank 2 discharges the foamed sludge 5 modified in the ozone reaction tank 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
