Abstract:
To provide an ozone generator composed of an inexpensive power supply system that can suppress the decrease in ozone generation efficiency.SOLUTION: An ozone generator 10 provided with a plurality of ozone generating units 11 each having a pair of discharge electrodes, and a power source 1 of which power supply frequency changes periodically, wherein each of the ozone generating units is connected via a reactor 14 to one particular output terminal of the power source, and each of the reactors that connects one of the ozone generating units to the output terminal of the power source has a different inductance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
