Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-spinning pack capable of decreasing an abnormal retention of a molten polymer in a pack and providing a yarn having a homogeneous quality in a good fiber productivity in melt-spinning of a thermoplastic polymer.SOLUTION: The melt-spinning pack comprises a polymer inflow part 4, a filter part 3 and a spinneret part 2 in this order. The melt-spinning pack includes a gasket that seals a space between a polymer inflow part 4 and a filter part 3, in which the gasket is a gasket-integrated straightening plate 13 integrally formed with a straightening plate. The straightening plate part of the gasket-integrated straightening plate 13 comprises a distribution part having two or more connection parts and two or more polymer passage parts. The straightening plate part preferably has a plate thickness t of 0.1-5.0 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
