Abstract:
To provide a packaging bag and a package which can be highly reliably re-sealed with simple constitutions.SOLUTION: A packaging bag 10 includes an adhesive member 71 that is above a storage part 4 and below an opening planned line 2a and is provided between a surface side film 31 and a back side film 32, an easily peelable seal part 60 that is above the storage part 4 and below the adhesive member 71 and joins the surface side film 31 and the back side film 32 with a weak joining force, and a seal planned part 3 in which the storage part 4 and the outside are communicated with each other, in which the adhesive member 71 has a plurality of recess shapes 71a on both surfaces thereof, the recess shapes 71a are equally formed on both surfaces of the adhesive member 71, when an average value of diameters of each opening of the recess shapes 71a opened in the surface on the surface film 31 side is represented by Dave1 and an average value of diameters of each opening of the recess shapes 71a opened in the back side film 32 side is represented by Dave2, a relation of |Dave1-Dave2|/Dave2≤0.5 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
