Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld a hole part by build-up welding without using a strip in build-up welding method and its device for a hole part. SOLUTION: This method is a build-up welding one for a hole part 3a penetrating a base material 3, and has a step in which a sleeve 14 formed by a weld material is inserted into the hole part, and next step in which a friction bar, a part of outside diameter of which is at least larger than the inside diameter of the sleeve, is pressed into the hole part as it is turned, and in the sleeve, a flange 14a projecting largely toward outside of radius over a hole diameter of the hole part is provided at one side opening end, and the friction bar is pressed into the sleeve from the flange part side.
