In the pallet device for transporting the large precision cargo, a vibration-isolating pallet P loaded on a pedestal plate B of a base connects a lower stand 11 with fork guides 14 arranged in a lattice manner to an upper stand 12 for loading the precise air cargo D thereon in a movable manner by fitting a connection shaft 30 to a connection hole 40, vibration-isolating means V are dropped and erected in a plurality of storage recesses 20a formed by being partitioned by fork guides of the lower stand as legs, and the upper stand is elastically supported by the vibration-isolating means. The vibration-isolating means are formed of damping coil springs with viscoelastic sheets 46 adhering to the outer circumference or the inner circumference of a compressive coil spring 45.
