To provide a technique for a panel structure to be proof against static electricity and maintain a proper appearance.SOLUTION: A panel structure has a transparent panel, a first coating layer that is disposed on the surface of the transparent panel and is composed of a metal paint, a second coating layer that is disposed on the surface of the first coating layer, and a third coating layer that is disposed on the surface of the second coating layer.
