Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of an increased installation area because a supply tray stacking section of one or more supply trays where parts are accommodated and an empty tray stacking section for stacking supply trays from which parts have been taken out and become empty are disposed at different locations in plane, and to solve a problem of an increased apparatus cost because it is required to provide a drive mechanism for unstacking the supply trays from the supply tray stacking section and a drive mechanism for stacking the empty supply trays.SOLUTION: A part supply apparatus comprises: a supply tray stacking section for stacking one or more supply trays where parts are accommodated; tray lifting means for separating one supply tray from the supply tray stacking section; tray holding means provided in the tray lifting means; and an empty tray stacking section for stacking supply trays that have become empty after supply of the parts, the empty tray stacking section being disposed vertically above the supply tray stacking section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
