PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particular application NFC tag proposal order acceptance device for proposing a convenient particular application NFC tag for a user of a portable terminal with an NFC function.SOLUTION: A particular application NFC tag proposal order acceptance device 7 acquires user related information of a user 3 using a portable terminal 2 from the portable terminal 2 and a service provision device 6 having an NFC function to propose a particular application NFC tag 10 usable for a particular application to improve user convenience to the portable terminal 2 when the user related information satisfies prescribed certain proposal conditions.
