Abstract:
To make flow control of resin filling between a sealing body and a pedestal base compatible with improvement of sealability of a capacitor.SOLUTION: A capacitor (2) includes a capacitor body (4) including terminal leads (16-1, 16-2) and a sealing member (14) through which the terminal leads are penetrating, a pedestal base (6) installed on the sealing member side of the capacitor body, and a resin layer (8) between the pedestal base and the sealing member, where the terminal leads are passed through insertion holes (18-1, 18-2) formed in the pedestal base and placed on the outside of the pedestal base. The pedestal base include a projection (20) surrounding the insertion hole, the surface part (28) facing the sealing member of the projection or the surface part facing the projection of the sealing member has rough surface, and at least a part of the surface part facing the projection of the sealing member is covered with resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
