Abstract:
The device consists of an upper plate (11) attached to an upper holder (10), a punch holder (15) with a guide bush (14), a punch member (17) and a punch guide pin (16), a stripper (9) guiding the punch member for the workpiece to be easily pierced, a lower plate (21) attached to a lower holder (20), a guide post (22) attached to the upper of the lower plate to guide the punch holder when the upper holder descends, a die (23) fixed to the center of the lower plate to pierce the workpiece when the upper holder descends. The apparatus includes a cam member (12) reciprocating with the upper holder, a sprocket member (30) contacted with the end of the cam member, a rotating member (34) fixed to the upper of the sprocket member to support the workpiece, supporting member, and a fixing member for fixing the workpiece.
