Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetration testing machine for a pile hole for measuring the support strength of a hole bottom ground which is excellent in operation stability and durability of a suspension mechanism of a drive hammer which hits a knocking block for hole bottom penetration of a penetration rod.SOLUTION: A suspension mechanism 6 is configured such that a pair of holding pieces 62, 62 are held slidably in the radial direction by a slide guide frame 61 provided on a lower end of a piston rod 60a of a hydraulic cylinder 60 in an inside casing 2, and a tension coil spring 63 is engaged between both holding pieces 62, 62, and a knob part 51 of a drive hammer 5 at a drop position is held and clamped between both holding pieces 62, 62, and the drive hammer 5 is lifted in accordance with a shortening operation of the piston rod 60a, and both holding pieces 62, 62 press-contacting with a clamp release member 64 at an upper limit position are separated such that the drive hammer 5 is released downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
