Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for installing a fall prevention net of a flat type skylight window that may be kept being installed not only during installation work of the skylight window but after completion of installation, thereby preventing fall by stepping through the skylight window, and the fall prevention net being processed and fitted readily at a site in a way suited to a dimension of a frame of the flat type skylight window.SOLUTION: A fall prevention net made of a wire material is formed in a width that enables mounting on top of a horizontal projection part disposed opposite each other on right and left frames installed on both sides below a flat type skylight window. A bolt facing upward of a pinching metal fitting fixed by pinching in the horizontal projection part of the right and left frames is inserted into a bolt hole on both sides of a lower receiving metal fitting mounted on the horizontal projection part on the right and left frame. A holding metal fitting is mounted on top of the fall prevention net mounted on the lower receiving metal fitting, and the bolt facing upward of the pinching metal fitting that has been inserted into the bolt hole on both ends of the holding metal fitting is fastened with a nut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
